"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. "It's August, so this is a bad time for the air conditioner to suddenly stop working! We had heard good things about Trumpy Heating & Cooling before, so I thought I would give them a call. Withing an hour, he was at our home doing a thorough inspection of the outside unit, inside unit, vents, thermostat & more. He informed us of exactly what needed to be done and why - explaining it in a way that made sense mechanically and financially. He answered all our questions for both the needed repair and possibilities to improve our system in future. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!"
