"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "It's August, so this is a bad time for the air conditioner to suddenly stop working! We had heard good things about Trumpy Heating & Cooling before, so I thought I would give them a call. Withing an hour, he was at our home doing a thorough inspection of the outside unit, inside unit, vents, thermostat & more. He informed us of exactly what needed to be done and why - explaining it in a way that made sense mechanically and financially. He answered all our questions for both the needed repair and possibilities to improve our system in future. Fantastic service! Highly recommended!"

"we bought a house and the previous owner was a smoker. It stunk. But Terry cleaned the ducts and it made a world of difference and the smell hasn't come back! And that was two years ago! We also had a fire in January and he came back to clean the ducts and it again made so much difference!"
