"I was very impressed with Atlas. The team was prompt, hard working, and quick. I expected that digging holes for 5 piers would make quite a mess. However, they had it down to a science -- Plastic sheets to protect the ground and then cover the excavated dirt so it didn't blow around or get muddy when it rained. Noise was minimal - much less than I thought it would be. They were done in 3 days, and cleaned up so well, you could hardly tell that anything had been done."

The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."

They suggested that the crack be filled from the outside to ensure a more permanent solution. They explained process well and gave us a couple of options. Did not feel like they were trying to sell me more work. They are coming back to repair the problem crack from the outside and seal the whole wall. The work quoted seemed to be reasonably priced."
