After talking with Jeff on the phone they came to my house a couple of days later and took a look at our situation. You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. "Joe reached out quickly and with the assistance of Alupe, they were able to swiftly install a new lock & snap floor professionally over a poorly tiled/grouted situation.
