"I thought my kitchen was the only problem but it wasn't. Mario was so patient and fixed more than my clogged drain. The plumbing was messed up really, really bad. He spent some time trying to correct the mess from pipe being improperly installed and the many leaks it created before he could unclog the drains properly. While a toilet dripping on the outside can be caused by condensation, a toilet that is constantly dripping on the inside is usually caused by a deteriorated flapper. If your toilet is still leaking after replacing the toilet flapper, then you may not have installed the toilet flapper correctly. Double-check that you have placed the flapper over the overflow tube correctly, and check the flapper chain is at the right length. If your toilet is still leaking, then you may have another problem on hand. For example, you may need to replace the toilet wax ring or replace the toilet fill valve if your toilet is wobbly and leaking from around the base.
