"The company was very responsive.  They told me the cost and immediately set a date for the work to be completed.  Eli arrive at 8:30 am as agreed and worked for approximately 6 hours scaping and cleaning the tub.  He found a perfect ceramic finish on my old steel tub under all the paint and dirt.  He said it was better to complete the cleaning and reglaze the ceramic tub vs. putting a finish on top ... which is what he did.  He cleaned the paint off the soap dish and toilet roll holder too.  The tub looked brand new when fishished.  What a great surprise!

"I contacted Marc to get a bid to do the work and he came out very quickly. I especially liked that he explained the entire process to us. The work was done as part of a complete bathroom remodel, so the actual scheduling was done by my contractor. I wanted the tile to be glazed before the new cabinets, counter, toilet, etc. were installed, and Marc was able to coordinate with the contractor to make this happen. Marc and his assistant arrived on time and were able to complete the work in one day. Most importantly, the walls came out BEAUTIFULLY!!! We are extremely happy with the work. "Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
