The windows cannot be open or closed. I made tons of phone calls and 4 in-house estimators to see what can be done to get the problem fixed. All but one told me I have to get new window replacement. Replacement estimates range from $2000 to $4000. John was the only one who told me he can fix the operators without new window replacement. John charged me $200. Now I can open the casement windows without any problem. Talked on Wednesday, got an estimate Thursday, job completed Friday. 100% customer friendly, they purchased the screen door for us, installed it and the hardware, repaired multiple parts of two double-hung windows. Fast and quality work for a great price. Had to make an adjustment the next day due to the age of our windows, and they came right back out for that right away. Took forever to find someone for this job but as soon as I was in touch with Apex, we couldn't have been done faster or more pleased with the work."
