"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"They repaired both my leaking vent stack flashings. I thought only one was leaking. So they ultimately saved me from a second repair bill and also fixed a few loose shingles while they were there. The only criticism is that they arrived late but did managed to finish the work before we had to leave. They were late due to the fact the crew actually fixed my neighbor's vent stacks thinking it was our house. I think my neighbor was happy about that!"
