"well, i got conflicting stories. there was a language barrier between the techs and myself. the techs said they could not complete the job; the service rep told me to ignore that. they told me they could not do the repair, i d need someone with scaffolding. yet they szy the gutters were cleaned. skeptical . water remains in the gutter."

"There was a mix-up in the scheduling but after a few phone calls, they got it done quickly. I had a skylight replaced so I can't inspect it up close but, they seemed to really know what they were doing. Very friendly. I probably could have had this done cheaper but, I wanted it done right."
