"Elite did a amazing job on my house. The gutters and fascia was falling off on two side of the house. When John, the owner of the business, came and gave me an estimate he explained what he felt needed to be done. He explained how my old smaller gutters were not doing the job of getting the water away from the house. He listened to my concerns and we both came to an agreeable price. When the crew came to start the job i was not here but they got to work getting all my old gutters and fascia off. It was discovered the alot of the wood behind the fascia was worn out. They replaced the wood that was needed and had the job complete in two days. It looks amazing and i cant say enough how they did a wonderful job and i would recommend them to anybody that needs kind of repair fascia and replacement of gutters . "I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."
