"I would like to thank Mariano and crew from Chicago Basement Systems for the very efficient work they performed in my home crawl space. They replaced my failed sump pump and drain tile; installed a Sani-Dry Sedona dehumidifier; installed a backup battery; installed steel beams and piers; installed a waterproofing membrane on the crawl space floor; and encapsulated the entire crawl space. ""Robert", the service man was out on time, clear in explaining what he was going to do, and then in doing it. He worked efficiently and quickly, both inside the basement and outside. He kept me informed as he went along. He tested the system before leaving. He cleaned up his work area, loaded up his truck and had me sign "completion" before leaving. I was very pleased."
