"My wife and I decided to replace our dilapidated one-car garage with a modern two-car garage. We chose to work with Coach House Garages and could not be happier with our garage and our customer service experience! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I would like to say that we would use GF Company in the future.
The Positive:
 The sales representative, Ken Jr., was astounding.  His knowledge of his field was excellent and I enjoyed talking with him.  He was also very thorough with his estimate and writing down in great detail what we wanted to have done.  I hope we get him as our sales representative when it is time to do our roof or our windows.
The work was done exactly as Ken Jr. had written on the estimate.  For the most part the work matches the current look of the shed and it has already filled the water barrel.  
The Negatives:
It was difficult to communicate with GF Company.  We had originally received a quote from Rick a year before the work was done and we contacted GF Company many times to speak with him about getting the work done, but none of our phone calls were returned.  Finally we asked for someone new and we got Ken Jr. sent to us.
After we paid our half-down deposit, we were told that we would get a call in about three weeks to find a date for the work to be done.  After about 5 weeks we tried contacting GF Company.  One phone call had us speaking with a lady on the phone who said that someone would call us back soon, but that never happened.
We never received a call to tell us when the work would be done as we wanted to have someone home to make sure things were done to our specifications.  Several days after our phone call was not returned, we received a text message from our neighbor telling us that someone was doing work on our property, but my wife and I were both at work and by time we got home the work was done.  Since Ken Jr. did such a great job with writing down what we wanted, we did not have any issues with what was done.
It appears that one of the items created on site for our downspout on the shed was likely spray painted on site.  The paint job has already faded, but we can find some paint to paint it again.
Overall, it sounds like we had a bad experience, but we did not.  The work that was done was done well and the sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable.  We would use GF Company again and recommend them, but encourage folks to have patience with communication.

"Mick and Jim showed up early and ready to work.  They were professional and worked cleanly.  The fans were installed in my 2 sons rooms.  We had them run a new line to each room and use remotes for the fans.

We were pleased to have them in our home.

"Shawn and his team made the whole process so easy! They got the most out of my insurance claim and I didn't have to fight with my insurance co. they handled it all. In addition their construction work was beautiful! Have received many compliments from neighbors about quality of work. They were incredible . I left for work in morning and by the time I got home I had a new roof. Not a scrap showing anyone had been there. Same with siding and gutters. Also important to me,if I had questions somebody was always on other side of the phone!"

"Based on our past experience with AOM (interior painting), we used them to powerwash our home. They had all the appropriate equipment and did an excellent job. Our 20 year old vinyl siding looks totally refreshed. David is easy to work with and goes the extra mile. We will continue to AOM for future projects.
