I called and left messages twice and emailed them. This was over the course of 2-3 weeks. NO response. If you have no intention of returning customer's call, then take yourself off as an option on Angie's list.

I called at 7:30 AM the morning after we tried to clear the clog ourselves, and left a voice mail describing the problem. Within a couple of hours, we had a response: would the next morning be ok? Yes, since it wasn't a real emergency. We then received a second call: would we be home if the plumber could make it that afternoon? Yes! End of the story, a very personable young man fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself, and left us with an unclogged kitchen line. ?

They were great. Their price was fantastic. I had a couple of different estimates from a website, and they were extremely high. It's their professionalism; they were just quite right. It was the quality work was fantastic.

They did a great job. Quote was on point and their work was bordered on artistic.

They were extremely professional and very friendly. Everything went smoothly and came out looking great. I noticed the pipe was leaking slightly later on around the check valve, but they responded quickly, having someone come out right away to fix the problem, which it turns out was just that the valve connection needed to be tightened a bit is all. Works perfectly fine now. Thank you.

Still blown away by the work John did today. I know it wasn't the easiest job but he knocked it out quick and perfectly. I had a few other Angie's List companies come by and estimate the job and Chris quoted me over the phone and came in right between his quotes. I was really skeptical obviously because Chris quoted me so much lower than everyone else but I realized it's just honest business and fair pricing and that's something he should be proud of. I couldn't be happier writing that check because I knew it was a great price and I knew the work was more than quality. Thanks again Chris and John, until next time!

I will alway hire Paladin for any plumbing projects. They do a great job, make sure you are satisfied with their work, and charge a fair price. They are also very nice people to do business with.

Christopher, the owner, went above and beyond what I expected. Came out right after a holiday to look at a 36 year old toilet I was having problems with and recommended replacing it. When I requested he try to clear it instead (which he didn't advise) , he came out a second time and used an auger and said that trying more to get it working better would not help and would be a waste of money. Then he refused to charge me the quoted rate of $120. Gave me all the information I needed on different brands of toilets and possible problems with installation to be aware of for when I decide to replace it. I would most definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and concerned about their customers; a plumber you can really trust.

Chris, the owner, returned call for toilet installation request. Sent John to perform service at hourly rate of $120 by early afternoon on the same day. John was professional and courteous. Used two hours for toilet and garbage disposal installation plus repaired other minor plumbing issues. Will look for them to replace sump pump and water heater in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Chris. Chris answered my request promptly, very short scheduling time, and the work was done with top notch quality. Not to mention, the price was good too, as I’ve compared s few suppliers.

Chris and John from Paladin showed up on time and helped me troubleshoot a pesky leak that shows up as water in the grout areas of floor tiles in certain spots in the downstairs bathroom . We had agreed to have another service meet us that has a sewer pipe camera with locator (which Chris recommended) so we could see if there was a break in an underground sewer pipe. The good news is that the video camera revealed no breaks so the water is mo=not coming up through the foundation. After much discussion bertween both services (Chris and Peter have known each other for 30 years) they decided that the most logical place to investigate was the stool wax ring seal (even though the stool is a good 3-4 foot from where the leaks showed up in the grout). I had previously discarded the wax ring seal as a possibility because of the distance. The seal was replaced and we are to monitor to see if we have leaks again. I only paid for the video exploration services. Chris Dingle of Paladin Plumbing is NOT your typical plumbing service provider. He is a unique individual and runs his business accordingly.

Water heater finally expired. Called Chris at Paladin (they are always my first call for anything plumbing related) and he said they would be there in the morning with a new heater. Price was fixed at $850 (industry standard) and he brought out a high end water heater. His associate John installed it, added improved copper plumbing and added a shut-off valve and piping for my humidifier. Took the old heater out. Cleaned up thoroughly and departed.

Left several detailed messages for this company and they never returned my call. If they didn't want or couldn't take the job - whether because it was too little of a job or they were too busy, the least they could have done was return my call. Found another plumber in our town who was willing to come say day and got the job done.

Jon came in got it done quicker then quoted and also put in our disposal. He was friendly and kept a clean work space. He even glanced at our next diy we were doing and gave us advice. I am very happy with the work he did for us.

My water heater went out and I wasn't sure if just a part was needing to be replaced or the entire water heater. Chris & John were very prompt in returning my call (even over other companies listed on this site who I never heard from) and came out within a couple of hours to assess the problem. It turned out the water heater did need to be replaced. They had it installed and hot water by dinnertime! I would definitely recommend and will use for future plumbing needs.

Quite possibly the happiest, friendliest plumber I've ever encountered. The work was done quickly and well, as was the clean up. Having given it a while, I am confident that the work of the Paladin Plumber didn't include short cuts or any unnecessary labour or parts, as can be the case with the plumbers.

Paladin is great. They are my "go to" plumber. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They show up when they say they will and charge what they told you they would. I have used them a few times now and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

It went great! Christopher responded to a call at 7:00 am. While out of town, I've got water in the basement. He understood urgency of the cituation and was able to fit me in his schedule. Within 2 hours he was by the house. Christopher diagnosed the issue and called me back with the result. Christopher proposed 2 options, one of which was a realy cost-saving solution that we picked. Christopher is a high integrity person that really looked after me. I will be sure to have Christopher in my phone book on a speed dial for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend him to you! He saved my day today and I Thank Christopher for that!

Unfortunately, we had two separate plumbing issues within four days. I'm combining them both into one review. Christopher and Jon were both awesome! They scheduled around my work schedule, and called before they came so I knew exactly when they'd be here. They were able to identify our issues quickly and explained what was going on very clearly. The noisy toilet is now quiet and the bathtub is no longer backing up into the sink. You never hope to have plumbing issues, but Paladin is a pleasure to work with when you do need a plumber.

Christopher promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Christopher easily repaired the toilets and answered my questions. There was a concern that there was a problem with the connection between the inside and outside sewer line. He returned the next day to inspect the line without an extra charge. Christopher was very professional and would highly recommend him.
