As a small business owner, I strongly caution others against this HVAC/R company. In over 10 years, they?ve been the least trustworthy and poorest performing contractor I?ve worked with. We experienced repeated service issues, a 25% rate hike without notice, ignored emails, and unreturned quote requests. Worse, we were billed for work that wasn?t done?confirmed twice, including by a third-party inspection with photos. Even when confronted, they deflected and delayed for months. We had to hire another company. They also mis-sized a walk-in freezer due to bad measurements and blamed their supplier. When shown proof it was undersized, they argued with no solution. They later mismeasured again on a replacement bid. Their attitude throughout was defensive, unprofessional, and dismissive. If something goes wrong?and it likely will?they will not stand behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
