I called several large plumbing companies to replace a leaking garbage disposal only to be told I'd have to wait up to 10 days. That meant washing dishes in the laundry room for 10 days. I called Matt at Plumbing Plus. He answered the phone immediately and came the next day. He called to let me know he was on his way so I wasn't left guessing when he'd come. Matt replaced the garbage disposal and left the are neat and dry. He's a pleasant person to talk with. I'd hire him again.

Matt and Trey explained everything in terms I could understand. While wall was open we considered whether other plumbing should be replaced, but they said the lead in pipes looked like they had already been replaced. I appreciate that kind of honesty! Price was less than home warranty co. was going to charge me to replace the entire stack vs. just the leak. Price did not include wall repair.

I was attempting to replace a fill valve on a toilet on a Saturday during a holiday weekend when halfway through the job, I found that the valve connection to the fill line was seized, and I could not remove it. This created a leak that I could not stop without shutting off water to the entire house. I called this company and they were at my house in about an hour, fixed the problem quickly, and did not charge unreasonably, even though it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Eould hire again.

Called and talked to Matt. He was in the area and was at my home in about 30 mins. and had the value replaced and water running with no issues in about 30 to 40 mins. I was worried about being able to get someone on a Sunday but this could not have gone better. I would not hesitate to call Matt again.

Good, replacement valve is higher quality than original

This was a very tough job as the house is old and all components were original. Despite the complexity of the job, the work was done extremely well and the issue was fixed in its entirety. I would definitely call them in the future.

Perfect! I called the owner, Matt, and he answered his phone right away. I explained the problem and we booked an appointment for the following Saturday at 9:00 AM. Matt called 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to confirm, and rang my doorbell at precisely 9:00 AM. Best of all, the fix, which I expected to be complicated, time consuming and expensive, took a simple turn of a wrench from the faucet itself. Matt immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and did not invent a big problem or create unneeded work. Matt also said I did not need to pay, since I live close to him and he was only at my home for about five minutes. Says a lot about the guy. I highly recommend Plumbing Plus.

I called at 6:00 p.m. and Matthew came the next day and worked with my schedule. I was his last call of the day but he kept me notified of when he would be arriving. Got the job done quickly at a good price also used better quality parts then you can get at the box stores. I would call him again if another plumbing issue comes up. I like to help the hard working small business owners.

I called Matt at 9:45 p.m. on a Sunday evening, and he answered the phone, that was shocking in itself, it's almost impossible to talk to a plumber on the weekend these days. I told Matt my water main to the house had been shut off due to the outside faucet rupturing as i was removing the winter insulation. I had no shut off valve on that run, and had to rely on insulation for the past years to keep it from freezing over the winter. Matt said he would come out the next morning and put the new shutoff valve on. He arrived on schedule, and within 15 minutes, I was able to turn the water back on. This experience was so good, that I hired Matt to come back at his convenience to add a new run to the existing plumbing.

He repaired it in about an hour. No problems with it.

Matt answered my call personally and then took my location information via text ... he looked at the photos I sent of my valve and had the part I needed when he arrived. He was willing to come LATE in the evening (with no "overtime" charge) to get us up and running again!! Will certainly call him again if I need a plumber!! Things went really well! We have water to the house now and Matt was willing to do what it took to get it done!

Trey worked surprisingly quick. The job was completed and I was charged exactly what Matt estimated. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thanks again, guys!

I hired this awful company based upon Angie's List reviews and I am currently looking for someone who knows what they are doing to replace the sink drain that Matt installed. Matt used the wrong size fittings, the dishwasher attachment actively leaks and the sink flange has a leak as well. I travel a great deal for business, and when I contacted him after about two weeks to come out and fix this shoddy work, he insinuated that I was lying about the cause of the leaks. He also no-showed twice on agreed-upon times to come fix the work. I will be taking this clown to small claims and filing a complaint with the County Licensing board. Steer clear.

Matt and his crew repaired a cracked clay sewer pipe that required significant excavation in a tight spot..he and his guys were professional, responsive and trustworthy..his bid came in under others and he got the job done quickly. I would give him a top recommendation for any body needing plumbing repair.
