Rudy and his crew were awesome! They take pride in their work and do a very thorough job. The floors they installed were done right and they take extra precaution to ensure that there is no issues when they’re done. I was impressed by how well they kept the job site organized and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for hardwood work. They recommended permanent fixes for things that I had missed and ensured the floors looked incredible.

Rudy and his son RJ worked on our house installing new hard wood floors and refinished existing hardwood floors. They did an excellent job! They are real professionals, really know what they're doing, extremely neat, and finished the work on time. They have over 30 yrs experience which was obvious as they really knew what they were doing. They recommended and use top of the line materials, stain, and seal and tell you pros and cons of the different types/brands. They are also very pleasant, friendly, great personalities, honest, and excellent work ethic. I love my floors, they are beautiful! I highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Monroy Flooring provided beautiful installation of new hardwood flooring along with repair, sanding and staining of existing hardwood. They also installed baseboard and shoe. Their work was outstanding- meticulous, efficient, and just stunning results. Plus, they quoted us nearly three times less than another company for the same work. Excellent! Rudi and his team were courteous and respectful. They completely sanded, stained and refinished nearly 1000 sqft of red oak hardwood flooring on our first floor. I'm glad I was able to find Monroy Hardwood Flooring when I searched for hardwood floor installer. They did an amazing job installing my hardwood flooring in 4 rooms. Rudy and his sons were amazing to work with. When my hardwood floorings were delivered, I texted them to let them know my hardwood floors have been delivered and to schedule the installation. They reached out to me to ask if the floors were in my house. When I told them they were in my garage, they told me they would like to stop by to help me move the floors in my house. They did an amazing job cleaning up after they have completed the work. Not only did they do an amazing job.with my install, but I also enjoyed their music selections. Floors look great. I definitely recommend Monroy. They removed my existing flooring and installed new oak hardwood flooring and stained. Very competitive pricing and they showed up every day to finish the job. They did a lot more by adding screws to the subfloor and installed new baseboard and shoe. We have engaged Rudi and his team to do our hard wood floors in kitchen, foyer and family area at my property in Aurora, as we were putting our house onto the market. Rudi and his team have done a phenomenal job with our floors like they look brand new installation. Rudi was very knowledgeable on everything wood flooring. He does anything to protect your home from damage. The thing he sold me on was he had his insurance with him to show he is insured. Honest and hard working group of guys! Came highly recommend and lived up to the hype!

We were blessed when we met Rudy the owner of Monroy Hardwood Flooring. We first hired Rudy to finish the floors of our house in Aurora so that we could put it on the market to sell. They did a beautiful job of blending old wood with new wood floors! The real test was when we bought a foreclosed home that needed major work and repairs on the wood floors. We knocked out walls and extended the kitchen which meant replacing and adding in New wood. There was a LOT of damage from previous owners! Rudy came in, did his magic and now our floors are beautiful! We were amazed at how nice they looked when Monroe Hardwood Floors was done. Everything looked brand new. They finished everything in a timely manner and their price was more than fair, especially for the quality of work! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Monroy Flooring is a father/son team. He did my neighbors floors, then ours immediately after. He installed new hardware floors and sanded existing, and stained to our choice of color. His work is impeccable, pays attention to detail, and is extremely flexible with scheduling. He is also completely honest when answering our questions and giving us feedback. We just used him a couple weeks ago and both my neighbor and I could not be happier with the results. And his price beat out everyone else, we got several estimates!

Rudi and his guys were great. The floors took 2 weeks as it was a big job. Loved the way they turned out.You can not tell where the old floors ended and the new floors begin. We had a lot of flooring to do and are very pleased. This was not the first home that they have worked on for us. But, it was a much bigger job than our previous home.The made sure that they put plastic everywhere so that the upstairs would not be filthy. I would not hesitate to have them do more work again.

Outstandingly. Beyond their superb craftsmanship, they helped me move all the furniture in and out, solved electrical issues associated with an older home that were slowing the job, helped us with stain colors, etc. We would definitely use Rudy and his team again.

Exceptionally well, my wood floor is stunning and my experience with Rudy and his team was outstanding - honesty, attention to detail and good hearted people is not easy to get, but I found it with Rudy and his workers and would strongly encourage others to do the same!
