He and his team met with us on three separate occasions to walk through the property, look at the work that needed to be completed, and gave us several estimates for all the work. They were prompt, professional, and thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions and create detailed estimates with different options for us. Unfortunately, it was just going to be too much money to fix the house and we ended up backing out of the purchase contract, but we will definitely call Fogarty Home Improvement first for any future need.
