"I had an addition I wanted for our home. We were required to have a survey and an engineer drawing to apply for the permit. I had a list of 10-15 local engineering companies given to me by the permitting office. Very few would return my call. several the rest said they only do commercial or that this was too small of a job and would cost more. It was taking months and I was frustrated and decided to try Angie’s. I am so pleased. I had a response that very day I inquired for the job. It was clear what was needed from me. Great communication and answered questions to help me get them what they needed. The project from start to finish was drafted within 3 weeks. It could have been done sooner but I was traveling and not able to check emails. Once I told them to text me to alert me of an email they did that. I would highly recommend them."

"I hired Mike in May of 2024 to tear down and then re-build a two level deck. Mike advised that they would start the project in July. On July 2 he advised that JULIE would come out and that work would commence on July 22. No one showed on July 22 at which time I outreached to him and he said that they were behind on another job and would not be able to start for a few more weeks. At this point i had moved all the patio furniture and outdoor stuff off my deck, which was frustrating. The work didn't start until mid-August. We had expected this to be a two week job and to use the yard for a memorial service we were having but the deck took until February to complete- nearly 6 months. During that time he failed two deck inspections, his guys hit a gas line and there was a rotation of workers here, none of whom seemed to really know what they were doing. We used the upper deck about 4 times before our latch fell off the gate. He has not fixed the problem."

"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
