Bob assigned his project manager Jeff to my job. Jeff and Bob pulled permits with the city and sub-contracted much of the work. They handled all the construction problems that came along the way. Their customer liaison Liz kept me updated on any changes in plans and communicated daily throughout the project. Unlike other contractors I've worked with, I never had to guess what was happening and what was next. They kept me in the loop! What I appreciated most was them taking the time to listen and UNDERSTAND what I required for my project and allow me to take off work that wasn't absolutely necessary to my opening the new location. This was a large project with a VERY tight timeline. They got it done and I was able to open on time. With a business like mine that runs on sessions, it was critical to open - as I already had dancers enrolled in classes that would meet at that location. There will be no hesitation in who I choose for construction for my next business venture.
