I had my basement waterproofed and Alex, Augie, Damon, Ty were wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. My basement is my place of business. It is now dry with the help of my new sump pump, and my Sedona keeps my humidity in check. I also had my bowing wall anchored. It was a source of anxiety to my home and business. Jonathan H and Kevin came in and anchored the wall and put covers over the anchors. They did a super job, the wall looks great, and we feel safe! All "my" men were wonderful! "While he was here, he tried very hard to sell me other services, grilling me about our sump pump, etc., which felt invasive.  After he left, I went outside to inspect the new faucet, only to discover irregular blobs of adhesive oozing all around it. So noticeable, you can still see the mess of it from our deck! Perhaps if he hadn't been so busy trying to sell me other services, he might've done the job properly!"

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
