We had several places that leaked where the wall meets the floor. A Mr John Hill did the inspection and then answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was quite the professional but did not pressure us in any way, like most salesmen do. We decided to go ahead and schedule to get the waterproofing done. The cost was reasonable and it made sense to get it done now rather than wait for more damage to occur, making it more expensive. We look forward to meeting the crew. "Do call this company! Tom quoted me a price that was all inclusive which is easier for me. He arrived on time. Had my old tub out and new tub in by 3:30 p.m. I was able to take a bath that evening. The next day the drywall was installed and finished taping the next few days. I received quotes from others but Tom explained all of what he would do.
