"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

The crew that came out to install the waterproofing consisted of Cory, Alex, and Jose and they were the most pleasant people to work with. "We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. It was satisfactory. I had some extra work done, so I paid more. They replaced another outside faucet, and I had to fix a sump pump piping, they replaced the drain pipe for the secondary sump pump,  and I had to do some repair work on the bath tub. I paid 700 Dollars.The quality of service was good. It took them a while to get back to me, I guess they may be busy. He cancelled once, and showed up the second time. He was very knowledgeable, and I would use him again if I needed."

He arrived when he said he would, took all necessary care in the preparation and execution of the work, listened to our concerns, and did everything he could to meet our expectations. He located the leak, sealed it, and wrapped the offending metal pipe in insulation to prevent possible future condensation problems. He removed mold and damaged plaster work from the bathroom and refinished the wall and ceiling. He took pictures in the attic space to show us the work he did. The work required multiple visits to allow plaster to dry. Mark was willing to work around our schedule and got the job completed pretty much within 24 hours. The standard was outstanding and Mark was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him very highly..

"Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."
