Ray is knowledgeable & doesn't hard sell. Offers excellent products & backs them up. Installers Brandon & Jerry were professional & courteous. Hard to believe ihow much impact door makes on curb appeal. It's also has quiet operation & already noticed how much warmer garage is. These ARE you're GO TO guys.

I originally was going to replace only one of two garage door openers but after watching the first installation, I decided to do the second one also. Not only was I pleased with Ray & Jo, but also the new quieter openers.

Ray from Excellence Garage Doors came to my home to fix our garage door which would not open. He was able to come right away which was much appreciated. Once he arrived and we spoke for a bit, I could tell I was in very capable hands. Ray is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very personable and friendly. He explained the situation that the prior homeowner had insufficient springs for the type of door we have and the other company tried to overcompensate for this by adding more springs which degraded the carriage. He offered 2 options, one to fix just the carriage which would be a quick fix and the cheapest option or to also replace the springs. The first option was $149 and I was sure the 2nd option would be significantly higher. To my surprise it was only $249 total. Ray completed his work very efficiently and expertly and through talking with him I realized what an honest genuine caring person he is. No wonder he has so many great reviews..he is an outstanding person and I would never use anyone but Ray and would refer him with great confidence to anyone in need. Thank you so much Ray!!!
