"It went well, He arrived with the boards after picking them up. Set up his equipment and went to work. Boards were at an angle and some spots were hard to get at. Kevin also replaced 3 step areas leading onto the deck and a 4th area that was in front of our kitchen slider. He did a professional job. My only comment is he used "green" outdoor decking and I believe I wrote on the returned estimate that regular wood was fine to use. In any event, we got more than we were expecting and were pleased with the finished job. Kevin has also done work at a home I rent out. He suggested a way to do it faster and cheaper. I was pleased with that job as well."

"Last night I heard the spring break on our garage door opener, so I called this morning for service. I was pleased that I could get service today and was given an appointment time range of between noon and 2 PM. Aaron arrived at 1:20 and was very friendly and professional. He explained that both springs needed replacing, showed me the maintenance he was going to perform, and I asked him to check the electric eye to be sure it was working properly. Aaron was shocked to see that the electric eye was improperly installed and a significant safety hazard. Aaron checked with the office, determined he had the parts and explained how he was going to redo the system correctly. Aaron was professional, extremely proficient and knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining everything. He even dusted the unit! The final bill was higher than the estimate but due to safety issues. I could not be happier with the job that was done and will definitely call twice a year for repeat maintenance."

"We had a different person who came out before them who was horrible and then I tried Crawlspace/Basement Waterproofing Solution because they were reasonably priced and they worked with me on scheduling their time so that they would be there when the electrician are there. They worked together with the electricians and were all done. They were wonderful. It was an all-day project but everybody worked together. Everybody showed up, everybody cooperated, and it was all done in one day with a big job. They were very good with the whole thing. The price was really good deal and all they have to do is seal from the outside to the inside. The biggest thing for us is that, they were here when everybody is here to do one thing. They are really good and we only had one problem but it was all filled up. This company gave exactly what we needed, showed up when they are supposed to, and did a great job. It was perfect. I would recommend right away to anybody before anybody else.  We were very impressed with them."
