Darryl and Mike arrived right on time, first thing in the morning. I had originally purchased a hot water tank replacement deal. During the old tank removal, it was discovered that my ejector pump was not working. The crew was equipped to replace that at a reasonable price as well. They worked quick and professionally and had all the work completed in a timely manner. They made sure to have tarps available to protect my floors when moving the tanks in and out. "Short review:  They're awesome!  Quick, fair, excellent work.  Longer Review:  I've used Max and Joe twice now - both very expensive undertakings.  My house was built in the 1940s and all the piping is in a crawl space (a plumbers dream!).  I had been replacing pipes as they broke with various plumbers.  I knew eventually they'd all have to be replaced, but I didn't feel confident with any of the plumbers I'd had for such a large investment.  Until Max came out..  He explained about the pipes, gave me an estimate on what HAD to be fixed, and also estimated replacing all.  I felt very confident he knew his business and was giving a fair price.  All the water pipes were replaced quickly and efficiently, along with the hot water tank.  About a year later, I had a furnace issue and Nicor also detected a leak in a gas pipe at a connection point.  Again, Max and Joe came out and gave me a price for what HAD to be replaced, along with an estimate for replacing all the gas pipes that would likely be leaking in the near future (due to the age and corrosion of them).  I elected to have all the gas pipes replaced and again, this was done quickly and efficiently.  They worked with Nicor to ensure everything was satisfactory and get the gas turned back on.  They respond immediately, assess the needed repairs, and get to work - doesn't seem to matter what day of the week it is.
