MEADOW WELL AND PUMP INC

I’ve been using meadow well and pump for decades and I’ve always been happy with their work. I needed my water tank replaced recently and service, materials and installation were as in the past top notch! Definitely recommend for your well and tank needs.

Meadow did a great job, they came out the next day and fixed the issue. Reasonable prices!

I was nervous the whole time, if the old pump could not have been removed we would have had to dig an entire new well; much more expensive. The had to bring in a new rig for the drilling, without guarrantee that it would work. Estimated the price and then billed me that price without any additions.

Would like to single out for praise Randy from the West Chicago office who is polite, courteous, and answers all questions satisfactorily, Has a friendly demeanor and is very efficient in how he works. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Kathy and Ryan are the dream team! We called them at 615AM and had a call back by by 645. They came out the same day. The job ended up being very difficult as the pump was stuck pretty good. We ended up telling them to get some sleep around 9pm the day we called, they were promptly back the next morning at 9AM and spent most of the day getting the pump out. Lucky for us they were able to get it out. The pump was 30 years old and completely corroded. constantly through the process Ryan answered my questions and explained the different techniques he was using and how he hoped they would respond. I am so grateful for them! It all worked out and given the time they were here the price was more than reasonable. My wife, daughter and I cant thank them enough.

I woke up to no water and no ability to shower. I called Meadow and they had a tech show up to my house within 2 hours. They checked the system and found that my well pump died. The tech had the right equipment on his truck and had my water back up and running within 2 hours. They were very careful about not ripping up the grass as they drove up to the well head. Although the price tag was pretty high, I don't feel that they overcharged me.

Long story short, we experienced a fire in our crawl space as a result of something faulty with our well.  Thanks to smoke detectors in the crawl, and a fire extinguisher nearby, we were able to control the fire quickly.   With the circuit breaker thrown, we were now without water, and the possibility of a very dangerous unit. 

We had used Meadow before, so we placed a phone call first thing in the morning.  Although they had a very busy schedule they were able to squeeze us in.  It wasn't long before Ryan showed up and saved the day for us.  From start (Kelly on phones), to finish (Ryan to the rescue), we couldn't have been more pleased at their response.

Don't hesitate to give them a call for any well or pump issue!

So, it's Christmas Eve, we wake up and have NO WATER!!! Called Meadow Well, and Randy was at our house within an hour. He was friendly, professional, and extremely courteous. Replaced the well pump and pipe in just a few hours, and our holiday is saved. What a great guy... Can't say enough positive things about him. Definitely highly recommend him and Meadow Well.

We called to make an appointment and they came out to our house the following day. They did all of the work as requested and were very professional.

I will be telling my friends and neighbors to call Meadow Well and Pump for their future needs.

I got home from very late from work and found that I had no water. I called them and was able to talk to a service person at 11 at night who talked me though the problem. They came early the next morning and checked over my whole well system. They found that my pressure tank had failed and that cause my pump to fail. (Everything was over 20 years old) They were able to do the repair at that time and had my water running again that morning. Randy was very knowledgable and professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me on the well (I didn't even know where my well was). I would recommend them to anyone.

The pump got stuck and they completely destroyed the well trying to remove it. We used to have water, but for a month after they started working on it we had none. A job that should have cost $2,000 cost us $8,000 to fix after paying another company to fix it. First they asked for $600 dollars and we said no, a week later we received a bill in the mall for $1,750 for what they did do and a note saying that if we didn t pay them they were going to put a lean on us. I hope no one ever uses them, they are horrible!
