"We were in the process of selling our property and during an inspection, it was noted that there was a possibility of mold in one of the areas. We had Idaho Disaster Solutions come and check which they did find. They were very upfront with what was needed to remedy the issue. They kept me informed with anything else they came across and explained the best way to handle it. We were also working with the couple that were buying the place and between Curt and James, they worked to make both parties happy! I highly recommend Idaho Disaster Solutions! "Ron provided excellent customer service and gave me strong confidence in his mold expertise."

"My biggest gripe is that my insurance didnt pay for any of it. They were out within a day and got the damaged sheetrock, flooring and insulation out without damaging anything else."

"Very professional, and knowledgeable, Mark came out and inspected my crawlspace in the basement, because a plumber told me it was flooded and to fix the insulation that is wet and falling down. Mark told me that the crawlspace was Not flooded, and it would be better to have a handyman come in to put up the insulation, because it is a small job and this would save money. I called an insulation company to come over and give me a quote and they told me that, I really don't need to put insulation in this space, because it will not affect the rest of the house. Which Mark agreed with. I am so happy to have good honest people tell me the truth and who do not take advantage of others."

"Ernie took time to address all the needs that I have and stay within budget and the work was better than I expected, and I had high expectation, and he is trustworthy. my house does not even look the same, I was putting my home on the market and wanted to move back in when I saw the quality of all of their great work. He was very pleasant to work with, he worked with our schedule and within out budget, he was very responsive to calls or text"
