    Great friendly staff and Quality Work! Aim High was very helpful in helping us pick out the colors and deciding how to make the house look the best. This was new construction with over 2,000 square feet on the main level (unfinished basement) and 3 car garage. They were very good at prepping the drywall texture before priming (The drywall contractor missed a bunch of spots sanding) and did all the caulking for the trim to make a very clean look. The exterior of the house was LP Smartside and that required caulking also. We are very happy with the finished product. They removed all the doors and sprayed them individually to give a very nice finish. They even color matched the bathroom exhaust vents on the gable end of the house to the color of the gable to make them disappear. We will use them again when we get ready to finish the basement

    Even with the late spring in Valley County this year, Nick and his crew came to our home in a timely manner to prepare the surface for painting. At our request, they matched the original paint colors, and made sure we were pleased before continuing with the job. They worked consistently and dependably, and completed the job within the week of having started. They addressed any concerns we had, and paid very good attention to detail in all of the jobs we asked them to do. When they painted the interior of our home, Nick was not satisfied with the quality of the coverage, and left to obtain more paint for another coat. Even with the extra paint and time, he honored his original quote exactly. Each evening when the crew would leave, their work area was picked up and left neat. They were very personable and respectful throughout their time at our home, and we really enjoyed getting to know them! As before, our experience with Natural Born Painters was thoroughly positive. We would refer them to anyone with exterior or interior painting needs, and will not hesitate to use them in the future whenever we have painting needs.     Joe was the first contractor to respond to my phone call requesting a bid. His bid was higher than we had budgeted, but he worked with us when we wanted to do some of the prep ourselves, and gave us a fair discount for doing so. His work and materials were excellent. He was responsive to contacts and followed through with dates scheduled most of the time. He could not start the work as soon as we had hoped, but when his crew started, they finished up within a couple of weeks. He also left things very clean and finished.     We hired HelloTech to mount 4 TVs and 2 soundbars and to have a recessed box placed behind one of the TVs so it should be mounted flush. -- The installer came out and mounted the 4 TVs and the 2 soundbars while a house-sitter was here. -- I came home and found that both soundbars were unlevel and 2 of the four TVs were unlevel. And the recessed box wasn't installed. I called them and they told me they didn't have record of me wanting a recessed box installed and that it would be $149 more. Fine. They had their tech come back 2 days later. He came and told us that he COULDN'T install a recessed box, and he left without leveling anything. I sent pictures of all of this to HelloTech. I've sent at least 10 emails and called them 5 times. I wasted $600. I ended up re-mounting 2 of the TVs and the 2 soundbars. (It's good I remounted the soudbars because the anchors that HelloTech installed popped out of the wall.) -- I wrote them multiple times asking only for a 50% refund of what I paid. They ignored my multiple requests, so my only recourse is to give this review. - Nov 202

    Listen to your gut, take the bad reviews seriously, and just DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Too bad Holmes on Homes doesn't come to Boise cause TVC would have their a$$es handed to them! Never in a million years would we have thought some simple vertical siding replacements and caulking anywhere that needed it, would end in feeling like we were robbed and needing to hire someone else to finish the job! Several walkarounds, several times having sub contractors come out, still not complete! They initially got the paint wrong, but corrected that issue sloppily. Half-*** caulked some random places, but completely missed the major stuff that had been talked about and shown on multiple occasions. They replaced the trim on the sides of our garage doors, didn't match up with the top trim that stayed. Thankfully it's not terribly noticeable, but now we have to figure out where to put the garage door opener because it won't fit where it was. Oh, and lets not forget the fact they took tools out of our garage without our permission, used them, and then left them outside on the ground when they were "finished" the first time!!! Give your business and money to someone that deserves it... TVC is NOT deserving of any of it!! Nothing like having to pay full price for a half-*** job and all of the frustration that's come with this project! UPDATE: Went in to pay our bill so these crooks wouldn't put a lien on our home and when I confronted them about the job not being done, they "couldn't imagine" that it wasn't, but never once offered to come back and take a look at what I was referring to, finish the job, or anything. They just stood there and basically called me a liar

    STAY AWAY from this company and in particular the Western Spokane Branch ran by a man named Dylan. They are extremely unprofessional they will show up late daily, won't paint all the spots, won't use proper safety equipment, and will absolutely miss a thousand spots on the trim. On top of all this they even painted my garage the wrong color and had to re do it all over literally doubling the amount of time needed from two days to four days
