I feel that Terminix scammed me. Terminix, quoted $150 to do one room for pest control and the end result was $800. Terminix did not provide a written estimate. So, note to others; Beware!!

When the repairman showed up, he clearly knew his stuff. He was very familiar with the control board, and found that the previous installer had mis-wired the connections. In addition we had him clean the air conditioner's air intake system. We are very pleased with their work.
