He speaks highly of his technicians and others he works with.  The installation of the furnace and air conditioner was a painless process for me and everyone worked very hard.  Eric also found an electrician, JD Electric, to put in the line for the air conditioner one day in advance of the high heat expected. The other electrician was stuck on another job and JD showed up, worked hard and did a great job.
