"First, about the project. Our house is 25 years old. The weather stripping at both the front and back door was tearing loose. It needed complete repair. About the technician (Joe), what a great guy. They handled multiple projects for us in one visit, including replacing bathroom baseboards with PVC, repairing a soft spot in the floor, installing stair railings, fixing drywall, updating outlets, and sealing/caulking throughout. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and communication was excellent.
