Dynamic Decks was great. Our deck is amazing and all the guys who worked on it were polite and professional. The deck is so solid that I think our house will fall over before the deck will. Truly amazing. Matt (the owner) had great ideas to save some money and incorporated some beautiful design elements. We couldn't be happier with the whole thing.
I highly recommend Dynamic Decks. I would use them again and the deck surpassed our expectations.

We were referred to Dynamic Decks by word of mouth. The good things are that this guy has a really good eye for design, he enjoys his work, his price was very low, and in the end we got a good deck. The bad things are that he did not get the proper building permits, he was doing electrical wiring without a permit, and he did not build to code. When we found this all out we had him back up and get the permits. When the inspector came out we found out there were all these code violations. He did make the necessary corrections. He and another worker came back and spent an entire day reinforcing the deck and doing the things the inspector said needed to be done for it to pass code. It was a very stressful experience.

The building and the electrical inspectors both said that the guy has the potential to be a really good contractor, because he does very nice looking work, but that he needs to get his act together and follow the laws and build structurally safe buildings.

I sort of feel like he deserves a second chance. I think if someone hired this guy with their eyes open and made sure he built to code that they might end up very happy, because our deck looks really nice. 

He was lucky, because we could have filed all kinds of complaints and sued him, but instead we decided to work with him.

Concrete work isn't clean. Unfinished looking. I asked him to fix. Still not addressed. Overall, a good experience with this contractor.

I would recommend Dynamic Decks. The person that came and did the work was very nice, and up beat. He got in there and got the job done. He was on time and did not waste time. He was fast and professional. I will use them again if needed.
