"Recently, due to a need to replace some hardy-board siding, I required the help of someone with more experience and expertise then I could muster. It became necessary to enlist the help of a contractor. What I anticipated to be a simple repair, IE, call candidate, set up time, receive estimate and advice, hire said contractor and resolve what I thought as an easy and uncomplicated task. NOT SO.
