They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Via Home Advisor, I was connected to Travis. I had not heard of him or his company before. I contacted him via email on a Sunday afternoon hoping to be worked into his schedule on Monday. I had an active leak that started Saturday night from the top of my water heater at the hot water outlet pipe interface. I was concerned about the leak and also about safety with the leak flowing near the electrical connections. He called back Sunday night and, at his suggestion, briefly stopped by and made sure the unit was safe. He did a cursory assessment and gave me directions to leave it in a safe condition for the evening. The next morning they promptly arrived, fully troubleshot the leak, and determined a new water heater was needed. He found out the tank was still under warranty and efficiently replaced the tank in about 1.5 hours total. He has not formally billed me yet, but based on his estimate and how quickly and well that he did the work, I would say the value for the cost was very good. He and Holden were easy to work with and have in my home. He's honest in his advice and recommendations. I don't look forward to more plumbing problems, but if i have any, i would seek his expertise and opinion in a heartbeat."

"Well. 1st plumber who looked at the system said shower valves needed to be replaced but that was a problem because there are no access panels. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner."
