We never knew there was so much that goes into a window and itâ s install and she gave us all her knowledge. We werenâ t sure if we wanted new windows yet but she made us feel so much better about getting them sooner. She has honestly been such an awesome person to talk to and spend 5 hours with! "Mike (owner) was one of the few companies that responded quickly (or at all) to my inquiry for a quote on the project. Simple refinish of a standard bathtub. The first visit, the work was performed by one of Mike's employees. This was not the initial plan, as Mike is normally the person to do all his residential refinishing. After completion, it was noticed that some of the refinishing was not completed as best as it could have been. I notified Mike of the defects with pictures. Mike quickly offered to come out the following day and freely offered to redo the entire bathtub himself. He was in and out without 4-5 hours, tub looks fantastic. Without prompting, he even dropped the cost for the stripping due to the inconvenience. Only reason I didn't give 5/5 is because the work have those few defects from the first trip out to the house. Overall very happy with the quality of the final product and the speediness at which it was able to be completed."
