He walked us through the options, helped with product selections, answered questions, made recommendations, provided a quote, took our order, and arranged great financing through Wells Fargo. Coordination was seamless, thanks to Sharon Wright and Austin Pinkerton, who handled communications about materials deliveries to their Spokane location and scheduled our remodel dates with ease. Both are absolute delights to work with! Finally, installer Jason Turner, who is personable , polite and fast, did the demolition and completed the installation work — all solo, starting yesterday and finishing today — with impressive skill and professionalism, PLUS he left the Bathroom cleaner than when he started!"

"Mike (owner) was one of the few companies that responded quickly (or at all) to my inquiry for a quote on the project. Simple refinish of a standard bathtub. The first visit, the work was performed by one of Mike's employees. This was not the initial plan, as Mike is normally the person to do all his residential refinishing. After completion, it was noticed that some of the refinishing was not completed as best as it could have been. I notified Mike of the defects with pictures. Mike quickly offered to come out the following day and freely offered to redo the entire bathtub himself. He was in and out without 4-5 hours, tub looks fantastic. Without prompting, he even dropped the cost for the stripping due to the inconvenience. Only reason I didn't give 5/5 is because the work have those few defects from the first trip out to the house. Overall very happy with the quality of the final product and the speediness at which it was able to be completed."
