"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

Unfortunately the outcome wasn?t what I was hoping for - increased water production on a poor production well, but that?s not their fault. Here?s where you shouldn?t trust them. Right as the job was finished, a fourth guy showed up. He sorta fumbled around and did nothing, apparently he was their solar guy. When they were ?finished? two of the workers demanded payment, one of which was pretty rude about it. It felt odd considering the job wasn?t completed, they were supposed to come back the next day and install a bracket to support the water line. They left all my old well pump, pipe, and wires which is what I wanted. They took the pump controller that was less than a year old. Then I get the bill and it?s $600 more than I agreed to with no explanation, other than the fumbling solar guy said it took 4 guys. "
