"I called Bath Fitter after seeing all the commercials and wanted to do a custom upgrade to make one of our showers bigger, if possible. Jerry came out for the estimate and was so nice and helpful! He said it would fit no problem and even gave me a couple ideas and recommendations on what he thought would look great. I even called Steve the day before to see if I could add a grab bar, even though it was so last minute, and he said he'd send a couple options no problem!
