They came out and quoted me $330 for a new motor. I said thanks, but no thanks since while they were here I found the motor for $148.00. The motor ended up being back ordered so I contacted them and had them get one. They came out with the motor, spent 20 minutes replacing it and charged me $399 for it. It started making the same noise so I called them to come back and fix it. They came back out and told me that it was the fan itself. The technician proceeded to tell me they would replace the motor, but a new fan was $217 and back ordered for a month. I said no thanks. After he left I went on line and purchased a new motor and fan for $159! The fan was $40. The technician came up with $217 how??? I will never let them in my house again!!!!!
