They replaced the lights okay but lost original tire knob and replaced it with another one that did not match the other three tires. They took three hours just to do a simple job and they told me it would be finished in 45 minutes. If I knew it was going to take that long, I would have left the car there and come back for it later. Overall work done was okay but definitely don't expect them to hurry.

The water pump was failing and needed replaced.  There was a leak somewhere else in this older truck.  They were very professional and recommended other work that was necessary for proper maintenance due to the miles on the truck, so we worked out a schedule to do the most important things first.  I really appreciated their honesty.

The services that were performed exceeded expectations.  The guys did an excellent job, and let me know about some potential problems before they developed into pricier fixes.  They are courteous and as a female that made me feel very comfortable.  Kuddos

A strange thing was happening with the Oil temp gauge in my vehicle and had been reoccurring since earlier in the year. The service department had thought it was just a computer reset that needed to be done, but it started again after a couple months. The service advisor and tech handled the issue very well. When I called about the reoccurrence they didn't try to schedule me for another day or week, they told me to come in at my convenience and it would be looked at right away. When I did bring the vehicle in, I was taken care of immediately and within about 30 minutes they had detected bad wiring with a gauge sweep and had ordered the panel to replace it. They even worked with me on the warranty/pricing since I had purchased my vehicle there and the original occurrence of the problem was while the vehicle was still under warranty. Whether it is an oil change or a major repair, the service department always does an excellent job on my vehicle and works hard to satisfy me.
