Jon, provided several samples of colors on our floor (making sure to appease my OCD) so we could decide on the color for our home. Once our color was selected and the date was set and the new wood was delivered Jon's professionalism shined from phone calls to verify dates were still good, to making sure the wood was stored properly for acclimation. When Jon sanded our floors with his dustless system I was sure I would find dust in our home but there was none. The floors are as smooth as a babies butt and the finish is spectacular.
