"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"I hired them for a complete move-in cleaning with the understanding they would start very early and be done before movers came, who were early. But, they left rather than work around the movers and did not say they would return. Kitchen nor laundry rooms were finished. When I contacted owner, she graciously offered to have them come back and finish the job. They came for less than an hour and still did not do the laundry room or complete the kitchen but said they had. I asked specifically if they had done the upper kitchen cabinets; they said yes, yesterday. When I went to put away dishes there was a hard crystal substance all over the shelves. Also, window track was filthy and had flies in it. Also, they left a pile of dirty, wet rags for me to deal with! The rest of the work they did do was really good. Too bad their personal conversations distracted them."
