"It went great! Todd came out within hours of my calling the office and did a very extensive testing and evaluation of the entire system, explaining what he was doing and the results. No sales pressure, just gave what I felt an honest opinion. Josh came out the next day and measured all vents and furnace blower for air flow capacity. He calculated the proper size for the new unit, which was slightly smaller than the old one. Josh and Todd have excellent customer service, very personable, professional and listened to our concerns. Todd called his office immediately to get us on the schedule and booked us the following afternoon. John and David gave us a call before arriving ahead of schedule. I showed them where everything was and they promptly got to work with no breaks until they were finished. During the installation they found a crimped pipe created during the original house construction and repaired it. They said it could be part of the problem with a slow leak. Again, John and David were very friendly, great customer service and great work ethic's. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I hope Western recognizes these employee's for their great work. I would use Western again and highly recommend their service to everyone."
