Other repair services led me to believe that that damage might be unrepairable. Mr Appliance gave me a better prognosis and a solid cost for diagnosis. They were also able to come to my home within 2 days verses up to 5 weeks had I chosen the competition. The diagnosis was a loose bolt and my cost was minimal!

Sam Harrison from Mr. Appliance showed up right on time. My refrigerator had miraculously revived during the night, but I asked Sam to check it out and he checked everything. And he explained how the refrigerator worked and what I could do to keep it at its best performance. I asked him to clean the coils while he was here. He told me about a special where he would blow the coils on the refrigerator and the clothes dryer air vent. No pressure, I even had to tell him twice that I wanted both things done! I appreciated the information he gave me and his efficiency. The guy can work and talk at the same time! Mr. Appliance is my go to repair place, especially if they will send Sam The Fix-It Man!

The service was prompt and efficient. The only thing was cost, which I felt was high, but once I saw how badly damaged the part actually was, I didn't mind paying.  They had to get the part from Salt Lake, but even so, the repair was done within a week. The nice part was, they charge $79 for a diagnostic, but then waive that if you contract them for the repair. Since they do such a good job, and are so fast at providing service, I thought that was a pretty good deal. They also sent me a digital invoice for the repair to keep for my records.

The gentleman was able to pin point the problem and fix the leak. I called Mr. Appliance and was greeted warmly on the phone. I told him the problem and asked him to please contact my renter to set up a time to come repair the refrigerator. He did so and my renter said they were very good to work with. When the service was completed, I was called for payment information and even received a faxed copy of my receipt. Very easy to work with and I will do so again.
