Western heating and air came out to install a new blower fan a little over a year ago in my furnace. I didn’t realize it wasn’t installed correctly until the vibrations started to cause issues that another company addressed. When I called western to explain the issue instead of working with me they said it was out of warranty and they would have to not only recharge me for the parts and labor but would also have to charge me to have a technician come and look at it. Feels like a planned obsolescence money grab vs customer loyalty to me.

I was not home but it appeared the install went well. Only thing weird was a ladder behind my door was moved and a hose was left out. Huge fee for using a debit card. Water heater works great and I'm happy.

I worked with Dustin, and he was incredibly helpful. He didn't make me feel unimportant, or like I was wasting his time. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I was having issues with my Master Bedroom not getting as warm as the rest of my house. I appreciate the promptness of Western Heating and would recommend anyone with heating or air conditioning concerns to call them. THANK YOU WESTERN!

Great. Company I normally use couldn't get repairman out until next day. It was Saturday evening when heater quit working. It was miserable weather, raining, windy, & cold. Heater access is outside. I called Western. Repairman Dustin called me back and over the phone walked me through all the possible fixes. None worked so he said i'm on my way. He arrived on time, had a great attitude despite the weather and having to give up his Saturday night. Within 30 minutes or so had found and fixed the problem. Their after hours rate was reasonable and we are warm again. Thanks Western & Dustin y'all are my new "normal" company to call.

I had a leaking natural gas pipe in the garage wall, I called three places who were too booked for service, the third place I called suggested Western Heating & AC. I checked their reviews and they were positive, so I called. I spoke with Chris, he was extremely polite and professional, he was able to schedule me in within 3 business days, and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate after I sent him a photo. Western technicians Kyle and Justyce showed up as scheduled and were also very polite and professional. I showed them the work and left them to it. When the work was complete, I inspected their work and it was a very high quality and clean repair. I was impressed, five stars! There were some issues I had with coordinating a city inspector to come the same day, and when I expressed some dissatisfaction, Chris responded promptly to set things in order to verify my 100% satisfaction. Quality people, quality work, and they follow through on customer satisfaction, I’m very pleased and added their service to my calendar for future seasonal maintenance. Very good. Technician knew his trade, was professional, and informative. High quality.

It went great! Todd came out within hours of my calling the office and did a very extensive testing and evaluation of the entire system, explaining what he was doing and the results. No sales pressure, just gave what I felt an honest opinion. Josh came out the next day and measured all vents and furnace blower for air flow capacity. He calculated the proper size for the new unit, which was slightly smaller than the old one. Josh and Todd have excellent customer service, very personable, professional and listened to our concerns. Todd called his office immediately to get us on the schedule and booked us the following afternoon. John and David gave us a call before arriving ahead of schedule. I showed them where everything was and they promptly got to work with no breaks until they were finished. During the installation they found a crimped pipe created during the original house construction and repaired it. They said it could be part of the problem with a slow leak. Again, John and David were very friendly, great customer service and great work ethic's. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I hope Western recognizes these employee's for their great work. I would use Western again and highly recommend their service to everyone.

I received a text with a picture of the technician before he arrived. This was great because I knew who was coming to my home and exactly when to expect him. The technician was on time and explained everything as he went through the process of servicing my air conditioner and changing the filter. He was very polite and professional.

He did a very professional service of our furnace/AC unit. He was a "joy" to have him in our home.

Kevin Abbott took the time to research several different options to find the best fit for our unique situation. He made the trips up to verify everything despite the hour and half drive each way. Once we decided on an option, the install date was scheduled shortly after. It was great that Mike was so willing to work with our schedules. Jarod Whiting and his apprentice did an incredible job installing the new system and sealing the ductwork. They cleaned up everything before leaving, let me know exactly what had been done, and the differences of the new system. Incredibly professional job from start to finish. They made it very fast and easy to get the warranty forms taken care of. Thank you again Kevin & Team!

Chris was professional and able to complete the job. We were having issues with our thermostat cutting power to our blower and Chris was able to quickly resolve our problem and get out HVAC system running properly. Thank you!

Well. Technician arrived during the time promised and was very complete in explaining everything to me. I have used this company for over 20 years and have always been happy with them. I have a 38 year old air conditioner and so far, we have kept it going from one year to the next, so I'm happy. They explain that they would like to sell me an updated system, but there was no pressure to hurry the process. They seem to have the attitude, "when you are ready." which I appreciate.

Western showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what they said they would do. On the first day they replaced the furnace, added the air compressor for the A/C and had electricians run the circuit for the A/C. All work was done in a professional manner, everyone wore booties to protect our carpeting, and we had heat that night as they promised. On day two they ripped out all of our old ductwork (non insulated ducting that was falling down and leaking) and replaced it with new insulated ductwork. They also installed a new thermostat and added a carbon monoxide detector per code. Western's bid was substantially lower than their competitors' for a new Carrier system!
