"Thank you for making us aware of this issue. I believe what has happened was that you were informed by our front office of our general warranty on repairs of 1 full year. We as a company however are committed to providing the highest level of trusted service so if we made a mistake, we want the opportunity to make that right, no matter how long since the last time we were there. Our Service Manager has been in contact with this client and have them on the schedule to take care of any issues caused by our workmanship at no charge. Thank you Western Heating Service Department"

"We are always concerned when a costumer does not have a good experience and are especially concerned if there are safety issues involved. When our install manager talked to the customer about the gas smell Dustin strongly recommended, we come out that afternoon. Mr. [Member Name Removed] said that did not work for him so we came out the next morning, based on the customer's schedule. We are sorry for the miscommunication concerning the removal of the old furnace and we did compensate the client for that oversite. We made all the requested repairs the next day and at that time the customer expressed that he was satisfied. Whenever problems arise, we do make every attempt to resolve them promptly, which is why we have received the Super Service award for 10 years in a row."
