He showed up, did the work, and benefited from my honesty when I pointed out the discrepancy. Unfortunately, that honesty cost me. The five-year warranty is a strong point, and I do appreciate the effort he put on a hot day. Professionalism is about more than just finishing the job, its about how you treat your customers and run your business. If you care about all that, Jose is not the one."
