Retired senior. Experienced woodworker and handyman

When you hire me, you’re not just getting someone to complete a job—you’re getting someone who genuinely takes pride in craftsmanship. I specialize in a wide variety of handyman services, from repairs and installations to finish work and home improvements. Whatever the project, I approach it with the same commitment to precision, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time.\n\nI believe quality is found in the little things: clean lines, careful preparation, clear communication, and leaving your home better than I found it. I enjoy investing myself in every project because my goal is simple—to deliver work that both you and I can be proud of.\n\nWhether you need a small repair or a larger home improvement project, you can expect reliable service, honest communication, and results built to last.

"Jon and his team were awesome. One specific job we had was a repair/replacement of some stamped & colored concrete in our driveway. Jon wasn't happy with how it came out initially, and determined that re-sealing the whole driveway to get the colors to match was the only way to do it properly, so he did so w/o any additional charge. He also showed humility in that he didn't mention that he'd be doing at his cost. Glad to see Jon has such good reviews on here."

"Jose was extremely professional and knowledgeable about replacing the glass in my broken house window. His communication was impeccable and the new glass in my window looks great! Thanks you Jose!"

"Scott was very professional and skilled. He was flexible with timing and came short notice for an emergency bathroom repair due to a leaking toilet. He problem solved and assisted with replacing subfloor, plank flooring, and reinstalling toilet and sink. He even ended up adding on helping replace a hot water heater. 5 star work. We will use him for all handyman needs. His price was very affordable. It was a pleasure to have Scott help us with the bathroom repair."

"Jim has been the lead carpenter on two large remodel projects on our home. He worked with our architects' plan and the terms in our historic permit to construct a wrap around covered porch, install redwood decking and custom railing, construct 4 tapered craftsman columns, frame and install a beautiful craftsman front door, frame and install 11 new double hung wood windows, frame and install a back door, and side the entire house in Hardieplank lap siding including the soffits. He also designed and built 4 custom corbels to fit under the roofline that accentuates the custom craftsman look of the exterior. In all, Jim has spent approximately 4 months working on our home and we can say without reservation that we have been 100% satisfied with every single detail of his work. We have had many other tradesmen working on our house since we bought it and some we have even had to fire, but Jim has been the most professional, responsive, and consistently excellent craftsman we have worked with in Boise. If you remodel, you know how hard it is to find someone who will actually call you back, show up on time, give you a fair bid in a reasonable time, and then deliver with excellence. Jim at Expiditor delivers! We won't call anybody else now to do our heavy or light remodeling work. We just hope he doesn't get too busy, because we have a bathroom that now needs his skills! :-)"

"Richard has repaired or replaced many things in the 103 year old house we purchased. He repaired and replaced our fencing, drywall, painting, baseboards...too many to list. He has done excellent work and is very reliable and kind. He completely understands a home from the framing to the painting that needs to be done. His pricing is very fair and he listens to what you need without trying to oversell you on stuff you don't need. We consider him to be the best we have ever had. He has done probably 6 or 7 jobs on our property this year."
