"UPDATE 10/2/2022: After my review, I was contacted by Jaleen and was scheduled to have the remaining work completed. They showed up as scheduled and after the two days of work it was completed. I am extremely happy with the final result. I would love to give Paradise Patio 5 stars. However the fact that they have not finished the contracted project nor cleaned up the mess left from the work they have done I cannot do so. The work that has been done thus far is beautiful and was what I was looking for However an important part of the yard design was redoing the sprinkler system to ensure proper watering. I cannot get them to do this. I have been in contact with them multiple times a week for several months. They make promises and fail to keep them. I have tried to be patient and understanding but I am now being treated as if I am a bother and not a customer. I also made the mistake of paying the balance when they still had work to do because I told it was to be completed first thing the next morning. That was 3 wks ago so I have to hand water my yard to prevent the new plants from dying."
