We offer 100% financing O.A.C. on all Goodman and Amana products, and are licensed Goodman and Amana dealers. We can get any brand of hvac equipment desired for the job incurred. We also sub-contract to some of the larger hvac companies to help keep them caught up on their new residential installs, and handle service on rental properties for various property management companies around the treasure valley.

"If I could rate them -10 that would be too good. Communication is non existent. I feel that I was overcharged for the product. The mini split quit working with in the first 2 weeks of turning it on and trying to get it repaired was an exercise in futility! The woman scheduled the service and then no one showed up for 5 days. I called several times leaving messages and even emails but no answer. Finally someone came and replacement parts needed to be ordered. Another 3 weeks without communication went by. When I finally got in touch with the company I was informed that the part had arrived and that someone would be out the next day to install. Would I still be waiting if I had not called??? Probably! This project was started in early Oct and not finished until the last day of 2024! I had 3 inspections done and failed. When the repair was complete I asked if a reinspection would be completed and was told "I don't care if it gets inspected, I don't like the inspector, he failed us". When I stated it failed inspection because it wasn't working he said "well it is now". I just hope it continues to work, since it cost me a boatload of money, lousy service and I never want to have to deal with this business EVER again. They are the worst!! STEER CLEAR! JUST SAY NO!!!!!"
