Work took much longer than expected. One of the crew leaders gave dates/times the crew would be working and they often arrived several days later. The landscape plan was well donel, however some of the plants were not put in the place shown in the plan. A few of the pants died, however they were replaced at no charge. One of the trees planted had been damaged in the drive to the house. One of the sprinkler pipes broke and flooded the side yard. This happened on a Saturday. Repair wasn't perfomred until Monday. The new irrigation specialist/crew lead and horticulturist are excellent, which is why I have given ProVision a "B" grade, otherwise I would have chosen "C". I look forward to working with them in the future.

ProVision Landscape Inc came multiple times, never on time, never prepared, had a smartass attitude and won't be back. They only had to move the sprinklers about a foot and he said that he didn't have the tools and he didn't have the time and he would have to come back and their scheduling person will call us and he never called us. We called him and he said that Lou the technician will be there this day and this time and eventually he showed up on that day and said that he was too busy and he was overscheduled and can't do this and we were so nice and we said okay no big deal. James the scheduler said that they would call us and he never called us and eventually he called us after we tried calling him and said that Lou will be there on Monday at 8.30 in the morning with a helper, Lou showed up at 11.30 and they didn't understand why were were on their schedule in the first place. He was a rude and disrespectful person. They offer a whole lot of services and we would have used them for a lot of them but not now.

They came, did the job, and they went, sending me a bill before the end of the month.

The really disliked the quality of work and the service. The landscapers removed the grass, installed the protective fabric and pebbles on the top. The dripping irrigation line along the fence was missing. I sent email to the office and the landscaper responded that they have forgotten the line and will fix it next day. Well, they installed the lines next day but only along one side of my yard... I sent another email (you can’t reach them by phone) and got the response that they do not have in their records that I have requested the dripping line along all side yard. I had to pay extra to add more dripping lines. Another big problem is that most likely they filled in my vegetables beds with the top soil instead of the garden soil. I can only guess that, but the top of the soil was littered with small rocks and now after 3 weeks I have all kind of weeds and grass growing on my vegetable beds, very disappointing indeed. More than that, they broke the irrigation pipe which run under new dripping line I asked them to install on the front yard. They didn’t test their work when it was done. So, when I tried to run a new dripping line, I got a fountain of water from the broken pipe beneath new dripping line. The only good thing I can tell is that they fixed it the next day for no charge.

Everything went fine. We felt like their pricing was reasonable. They were fairly punctual. Everything happened the way they said it was going to so we were happy.

We have used their services before and they are very nice to work with. The service technician that came out quoted us at $150 and when we got the bill it was over $200. I called and they reduced the price. They have great customer service.
