"I have upgraded carpet that is only 2 years old. I do not have kids and the carpet is in good shape. I just needed to have it cleaned since I haven't since it was put it. The people were all very friendly and courteous. The sons who came out to clean the floor were easy to be around. I have a spot underneath my chair in the living room that gets dark from suede slippers. They mentioned it but did not offer to spot clean. It did not come clean with the process they were using. It made me wonder how they get carpets cleaned that have more spots and more wear than mine get. Mine look exactly the same as when they arrived."

"They were very responsive and got the work done. However, they were abrupt and in too much of a hurry when we met. Walked through my clean house with snow all over there shoes. Which I had just had professionally cleaned all of the flooring. When I returned to my house they had illegally dumped the water from cleaning my carpets down my driveway. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't ever hire or recommend them to anyone."

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, it can definitely be worth it to steam clean a couch if you have the means. Steam cleaning a couch will improve your couch’s look, remove allergens and debris, and sanitize the upholstery. If you hire a professional house cleaner, they can take care of steam cleaning a couch for you, as well as get your house cleaned and looking brand-new.

Yes, utilizing green solutions that are safe for both homes and the environment.

While you don’t have to move everything out of a room for a carpet cleaning, doing so will reveal hidden dirt and allow for a more thorough cleaning. However, for heavy or rarely used areas under furniture, cleaning around the pieces can be enough. Professional cleaners often work around large items or move furniture as needed.

Yes, vinegar can remove poop stains. How long the poop sits on your carpet will determine how many rounds of solution you’ll need and the length per round. One round should be enough if you’re dealing with a fresh stain, but more stubborn stains might require longer rounds. If you prefer a more effective way to remove dog poop, consider an enzyme cleaner that can break down both stains and odor.

Yes. A good mixture to condition your leather is made from one tablespoon of natural baby soap, a splash of vinegar, and 2 cups of warm water. Mix these ingredients in a bowl and use a microfiber cloth to rub it into the leather in small circles.

You can apply the same technique with a mixture of one part vinegar and two parts linseed oil. Once you’ve applied this to leather with a cloth, let it sit for 10 minutes before buffing with a small cloth.
