Ruth Brinton - the owner of this franchise - is a horrible, vile, evil woman who lies and cheats. All her paint failed and peeled within a year and she refuses to fix it.

Ruth (Owner) and Maria (Project Manager) were clear communicators, timely and approachable. Maria came over daily to ensure the interior painting was being completed well and in a timely manner. She addressed our concerns and communicated them to the crew to ensure our satisfaction. Maria also addressed issues a few weeks after the job was completed with professionalism and grace. We are happy we chose That 1 Painter Treasure Valley to freshen up our new home.

Our cabinets look amazing.We had a paint crew followed by a consultant through the whole project to over look any corrections or blemishes that occurred.We now are planning to have “That 1 Painter”to take on a couple more projects.They came in with lowest bid with outstanding results.

Ruth and Maria did an amazing job. He gave me a very fair price, showed up as scheduled, brought a really nice, hard-working crew. The amazing part was that in a work world where people rarely take such pride in their work, the painting crew guys were meticulous. They asked me if everything looks all right several times a day, when I was here. I have a large home and they got through it as promised. Maria, the project manager, was here every day to check up on things, and on the last day made sure that every imperfection and detail were taken care of. I am very pleased with the work, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needed painting done.

Exceptional and meticulous company; they painted five different colors, were very detail oriented, and did a great job. The quote process was a great experience; the lady who did that was very experienced; she did awesome. They also recognized I needed some carpentry work done, and they did great with that too.

The project was the first phase of a 43 unit complex. Phase one had 9 units with several exterior color options. The crew did a great job in all aspects of the the paint process to include pressure washing, scrape, sand, caulking, replacing and repair work on the siding and trim. The whole paint crew was easy to work and were sensitive to the needs of the customers. The team took a lot of pride in their job and corrected issues without being asked. The project finished on time as scheduled. The job site was cleaned up daily. As the person coordinating the project for the HOA, I could not ask for better team to work with to include the main contractor.
