Everything from the initial meeting to execution and close out, Justin was highly professional. The quality of the work, the friendliness of the crew, and their attention to detail was above par. Justin ensured his crew was careful around our recently professionally landscaped yard and, as a result, we suffered no casualties in the gardens. Justin seemed to appreciate the character of this 1893 Victorian and took great care to provide us with a superb paint job. I highly recommend JDM Painting without hesitation.

JDM Quality Painting was professional, punctual, and courteous. After looking at the house Jack made some suggestions and explained the reasons for the changes. He changed the down spouts to blend with the color of the house, and painted our address numbers black which made them more visible were silver blended into the house paint making making them hard to see. He painted the vents to match the color of the house, and he removed the black border from around the rocks which were black and grey and it made the colors of the rock stand out more. I was really impressed with his dedication to details. They cleaned up and moved our patio furniture back where we had it, he has a passion about the work that he does and the quality of his work. The changes really made a difference in how the colors complimented each other with a brighter look and feel. His creativity made a big difference and removing a lot of black the house looks bigger and more balanced. My neighbor came over and said your house looks Amazing! They did a good job on the paint and I was very impressed!!! He recommended we put more gutters and down spouts on the sides of our house to protect our house from water and channel it away from the house. He also advised that we pressure wash our house every year, they also pressure washed and caulked were it was needed and upgraded our paint to a ten year paint. This is our third and final house and we have not had a painter take such pride in our house and give us tips and options to make it look better. The painters came and painted it exactly the way it was and they were done. When a person has passion and love what they do, it shows when they get excitedto make things better for you. It was a great experience and a job well done. Thank you Jack and crew at JDM Quality Painting. I Love It!!!

Jack and his crew did a beautiful paint job on the exterior of my home. Jack is an exceptional contractor. He does what he says when he says he will do it! The crew was very systematic, doing all phases of the work in the proper order. They were very neat without any spillage and never left a mess. Jack communicated details of the project with me and performed all work as scheduled. I will rehire JDM Quality Painting for my homes interior.

The guys at JDM did an amazing job. Not only were they priced right but they never once made me sorry I choose them to paint my house. I was new to the state and I was nervous about working with someone I didn't already have a relationship with. The owner and his crew were amazing. The owner even helped us pick out new colors and an amazing door color that made the whole house pop. All of our neighbors keep telling us how nice our home looks. Better than the look of the house our home is better prepared for winter thanks to JDM. I don't write puff reviews and I call them like I see them, trust me this is the company to paint your home!

We are so pleased with the new look of our house. Jack was professional and helpful. He was there when he said he would be and finished the job when he said would. He went the extra mile and his bid was well below the others. It can be stressful going with a whole new look, but Jacks advice and patience was wonderful. Plus he is a local business owner. Employee showed up smelling like alcohol;, shaking like a leaf! Damaged brand new fridge. Owner (Jack) agreed to pay for damaged and not answering phone calls, nor has made payment. Do Not hire!

"I do feel awful about the dent that my employee caused on the side of your fridge. As soon as you brought it to my attention I contacted my insurance company immediately to see what they needed from me to start a claim. I gave them the serial Number and they were able to find the exact fridge on Amazon. I let you know what they said and you asked me to not do anything until further notice. So we finished the job and you were very happy with the work ,& even asked me to do more after the holidays. It was Tuesday that we finished the and I didn't hear back from you until Sunday by means of a text asking me to contact you the next day about how to proceed. So the following day we discussed over the phone how you wanted me to take care of the damage. I let you know that I had already talked with my insurance company and that I would pay the $500 deductible and you would get the exact brand new fridge. You said that since the dent was so small & not visible because of the cabinet it slid back into there was no need to file a claim. So we agreed that I would still pay you $500 for the damage. I said that I would have the money to you asap & you said not to worry and get it to you when I had time. The following week was Thanksgiving & I had left to spend it with my family at our cabin. I do not have cell service there, so when you sent me a text asking when I was going to pay you I did not receive it until the sunday after Thanksgiving. The next day I gave you a check for $500 and explained to you that I had been out of town for the holiday & I was not ignoring you. I did send a copy of the check to Home Advisor showing that it had cleared my bank. I can understand your frustration but I did fulfill our agreement."

Their work is done in such a hurry that the work is never done correctly. He said he would pressure wash but only pressure washed half and used the hose to get the rest wet. The damaged the grass by dumping waste in the yard. They were in a hurry from the start. I didn't want to argue with him but then I saw the damage to the grass. It called off a section of grass. I feel like he took advantage of me because I'm disabled. It seems like he felt like it was easy money and didn't complete the job

"I'm sorry you feel like I didn't do a good job. We took every step necessary to protect your grass and put down cardboard shields around the entire fence so we wouldn't get stain on your yard. I never dumped any waste in your yard as I used a 5 gallon bucket to clean my equipment. You said you were more than happy with the job when I left. You did have a couple of things you wanted fixed before we left and I took care of that. If there is anything that you feel isn't 100% on your fence contact me @ 208-841-9090 and I will take care of it."

Jack has great attention to detail. His paint job was top-notch, using enamel on the old stained woodwork so I never have to worry about the paint chipping or peeling. Very neat, organized, and finished exactly when he said he would. He also referred me to other high-quality trades. I needed an electrician, plumber, and drywall guy to finish a remodel. Jack hooked me up with skilled tradesmen of integrity and professionalism. It is great to finally work with subcontractors that know what they're doing! Jack, thanks for your help in getting our home remodel back on track!
